- Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over $65 AUD.
- International: Free standard shipping on orders over $130 AUD.
Shipping rates and delivery options for orders below these thresholds will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated guidelines only and may vary depending on the courier, destination, customs, public holidays, peak periods, weather and other circumstances outside our control.

International delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, import processing or local courier delays.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided for all orders once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your parcel's delivery status directly through the courier.
Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected courier. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, misplaced parcels or incorrect handling by the courier.
Shipping delays or courier-related issues do not qualify for a refund or return solely due to the delay. Please check our Refunds/Return Policy for further information regarding eligible returns.
If your parcel is significantly delayed by more than 10 business days or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly and optionally also advise us in which we may be able to assist with the courier where possible.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges that may apply to their order. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside our control.
